RefunD And Cancellation Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may cancel it before the start of our service/session. Please see below for more information on our cancellation policy.

 

Refunds on cancellation will be provided as per our cancellation & refund policy.

Read below to understand about the refund provided on cancellation.

 

CANCELLATION

 

To cancel the service,

  1. Please send the request to us by your registered e-mail at least 1 hour before the commencement of service/session.

  2. No cancellation request will be considered post the aforementioned timelines.

  3. Please mention your Booking ID and registered mobile number in the mail.

  4. Mail should be sent to us through your registered email ID.

  5. The e-mail should be sent to our email ID – bookings@monova.in

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your cancellation request, we will process your cancellation. Refunds may take 2-5 days to appear in your source account. We will notify you by email when your cancellation has been processed. Refund will be provided as mentioned below-

  • Any cancellation request made at least 6 hours prior to the service/session time will be eligible for full refund.

  • Any cancellation request made within 3-6 hours prior to the service/session time will be eligible for 75% refund.

  • Any cancellation request made within 1-3 hours prior to the service/session time will be eligible for 50% refund.

  • Any cancellation request made within 1 hour prior to the service/session time will be eligible for zero refund.
